Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, Jewel Birds does not accept returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind, no longer require the product, or ordered the wrong item. If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing jewelbirds7@gmail.com. To help us assess your request promptly, please include your order number, clear photographs of the product and packaging, and, if possible, an unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened. Failure to report the issue within the specified time may result in the request being declined.
Once your request is received, our team will review the information provided and may request additional details if required. If your claim is approved, Jewel Birds will, at its discretion, provide a replacement for the product or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been packed or dispatched for shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at jewelbirds7@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, accessories, invoices, and complimentary items intact. Jewel Birds reserves the right to reject any return request if the product shows signs of use, has been damaged after delivery, has been altered in any way, or is returned without its original packaging.
Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery charges, gift wrapping fees, and any other service charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Jewel Birds, such as sending an incorrect or defective product.
